Nowhera Shaik worked at the local level, in the beginning, encouraging others to join her movement. Women in her community played an important role, which helped the Heera Group of firms get off to a good start. The iron lady has helped those ladies who are beginning to achieve success in their lives find work. Women began to invest in her burgeoning business, and she promised to share their profits with them every month. The concept was a success, and in 2008, he insisted on forming a corporation to manage a large-scale business. It was the first time she started her own business, Heera Gold. 

The steel lady has been committed to educating the poor and downtrodden since the beginning. To be honest, the best way to advertise women and girls in society and guarantee that they have access to their rights is via education. The institute has been working hard in rural areas to educate disadvantaged and neglected women. Jamiatun Niswan As-Salafia is a genuine attempt to educate underprivileged young women. Nowhera Shaik has devised a new style of Islamic education since she thinks that Muslims must have a double degree from Jamiatun Niswan As-Salafia, including an Islamic studies certificate and a legal certificate.
