Covid 19 Will Come to an End in 2022. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, Director-General of the World Health Organization ( WHO ), expressed optimism that the Covid – I outbreak will be over by 2022 if the disparity is addressed. I’m confident that as we reach the third wave of the Covid – 19 outbreak, that this is the year we put a stop to it. But only if we do it together,  WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said in a statement on Friday. He delivered the warning in his New Year’s speech.
