CBI Targeting family members says D.K.Shivakumar

KPCC President claims he has been targeted before for illegal properties and money laundering cases and now his family members are targeted.

D. K. Shivakumar reported to the media saying that his daughter was questioned, and a notice was sent asking for fee details paid to the college when she was a student and how many subjects she has passed. He was questioned by the media about how the government is treating my family.

President D. K. Shivakumar on Friday devalued reports of congress groups saying that there are no groups and there’s a justice congress group. While speaking to reporters after performing puja at Kurudumale Ganesha temple said that he was embarked on two Praja dhwani yatra.

Replying to a query on CBI being used as a political weapon against him, Shivakumar said, “I am clean and ready to face any inquiry”.

The KPCC president, repeating that the congress party is voted to power will be given 200 Units of power to each household for free and give Rupees 2000/- per month to the female head of the family.


Former Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and president Shivakumar goes for a ‘Praja Dhwani Yatra’ on a separate tour bus ahead of the assembly elections which are about three months away. Both decided to cover up northern and southern Karnataka districts. Heading with 54 leaders, this Yatra in Bangalore shows a glimpse of people’s trust in the Congress party’s vision as they showered lots of enthusiasm and love.

Shivakumar belongs to Vokkaliga and he had formed the Vokkaliga community so that he can expect major votes in the old Mysuru or southern Karnataka regions, to strengthen his hands.

Also, Shivakumar said that “I am standing before you as your son of the soil and as a KPCC President bowing to your feet to give strength, the opportunity to serve you.” Also, he added saying that “Voting JDS is of no use, it is like making BJP Win, folding his hands he requested to strengthen his hands.
