Nowhera Shaik: Philanthropist and the victim of a conspiracy

Dr. Nowhera Shaik, founder, and CEO of Heera Group of Companies is one of the most noted philanthropists in India. Her contribution to the education sector as well as the welfare of women is a precedent for future generation leaders. But the same person has been a victim of conspiracy for a long time now.   Dr. Shaik started her company from scratch. We all know how difficult it is to make it big in a partial world without any backing, more so if you are a woman with ambitions to be an entrepreneur. The daughter of a family with a very modest background, it was even more difficult for her to establish herself in a conservative Muslim society. But she overcame all that with perseverance and hard work. Her goal has always been to make this society a better place for women and v...

Dr. Nowhera Shaik: Heera Group’s second innings

Because of her courage, resilience, determination, and ethics, Dr. Nowhera Shaik is renowned as the Iron Lady. She is the President and CEO of Heera Group. She did not, however, become famous overnight. There is a lot of struggle behind her accomplishment, which she has done since she was a child. She had an excessive number of engagements since she was a child. Despite her financially secure and stable familial background, it has proven that. Nowhera Shaik began educating six girls when she was 19 years old. Gradually, the number of pupils grew, and in 1998, she founded a girls' educational institution.  She began with gold exports and imports with it. The entire profit from the business was used to cover the price of the girl students' books, school clothing, and dormitory fees, amon...

Heera Group has managed to re-enter the business sector after a brief hiatus in 2017-18. Heera Group has magically resurrected its business. There were numerous obstacles in my way to Resurrection, but Nowhera Shaik fought every battle gracefully and resurrected my Empire on her own. Heera Group has been supporting the community in a variety of ways, but some politically motivated individuals attempted to smear it with false accusations. She founded the Heera Group of enterprises in 1998 with the sacred goal of serving society through diverse means. Several educational facilities for underprivileged and marginalized girls have been founded by the Iron Lady. For the first time in the Republic of India's history, a corporate group gave a portion of its profits to women's and children's issu...

A common entrance exam for central universities would be beneficial. However, the higher education supply situation requires immediate attention.

A common entrance exam for central universities would be beneficial. However, the higher education supply situation requires immediate attention.

Students and educators have long suffered from the irrationality of a system of high grades, greater cut-offs, and an evaluation system that encourages unimaginative, rote learning. As a result, the mandatory common entrance test for undergraduate courses and colleges under central institutions is a welcome first step toward repairing a flawed system. For starters, the results of the Class XII board examinations will no longer be used to determine admission to these 45 colleges, leveling out the disparities in assessment processes among the various boards. The end of ludicrous outcomes like 100 percent qualifying marks for prestigious degrees at Delhi University cannot come soon enough.  Second, students can take the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) in one of thirteen langua...
