The official ruling was issued by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India on November 10, 2022. The Enforcement Directorate has been prevented from accessing any properties owned by Heera Group. All of the Heera Group’s property rights, including the Tolichowki property, valued at 900 crores and submitted to SFIO, have been returned to Heera Group, and a 400 crores deposit will be provided to cover all of the confirmed claims. SFIO will independently track and carefully examine each and every piece of data from FSL. The fact that their own Dr. Nowhera Shaik has triumphed in this conflict and disproved everyone who doubted her would make all Heera Group investors very happy and grateful.
The SFIO will monitor and oversee every non-bailable warrant that the lower court issues. To distribute the money to genuine claimants who have original documentation, a committee made up of all retired revenue officials will now be established. This committee will also include Heera Group. Not only does Shaik succeed today, but also everyone who backed and supported the work of Dr. Nowhera Shaik is a winner. No matter how many obstacles come your way, a company can overcome them with its efforts, hard work, and sincerity, as Dr. Nowhera Shaik has demonstrated through this case for the entire corporate world. Dr. Nowhera Shaik is incredibly grateful to her legal team, all of the attorneys, and the Honourable Supreme Court of India for upholding the law and allowing her to enjoy her human rights.
